Circa Sports, a sports wagering firm, has teamed up with casino proprietor Full House Resorts to debut its mobile sports betting platform and a physical sportsbook in Waukegan, Illinois. This collaboration signifies Circa Sports’ entrance into the Illinois market.
Established in 2019 by Derek Stevens, Circa Sports has been broadening its footprint across the United States. The enterprise already maintains a robust presence in Nevada, where its primary sportsbook functions at the Circa Resort & Casino. It also operates in Colorado and Iowa.
This is not the first instance of Circa and Full House collaborating. Circa Resort & Casino previously joined forces with FullTime Fantasy Sports to introduce the Circa-branded Fantasy Football World Championships and Las Vegas Fantasy Championships.
Circa Sports is renowned for organizing popular professional football competitions like the Circa Million IV and Circa Survivor, slated to return to Las Vegas this August with a collective prize pool of $12 million.
Separately, Full House Resorts recently announced positive financial outcomes for the 2023 fiscal year, crediting its achievements to the inauguration of The Temporary, a novel gaming establishment.
People living in Illinois have the opportunity to engage in mobile sports wagering through Circa Sports and can also visit their physical sportsbook at the modern Rivers Casino located in Waukegan.
In honor of the launch, former Chicago Bears star Brian Urlacher will collaborate with Circa Sports on October 4th for a fan event and to officially place the inaugural wager.
