EveryMatrix has just inaugurated its brand-new workplace in the core of Bucharest, Romania, and they’ve achieved a significant milestone: 1,000 workers!
Established in 2008, EveryMatrix has expanded to over 1,000 workers in just 16 years. They’ve accomplished this entirely organically, and have witnessed a substantial surge in the past four years. Their workforce count has surged by 90% since 2020, increasing from 525 to 1,000 today. They’ve also declared record earnings for 2023.
EveryMatrix has opened a new, environmentally-friendly central office in Bucharest. They collaborated with STRABAG Real Estate to construct this cutting-edge business hub, which commenced in 2022 and is now operational. The building provides a contemporary, green workspace for over 400 employees in Bucharest (and they’re still expanding!).
The new office is situated near University Square, a central location within the city. This makes it convenient for employees, clients, and partners to reach it.
EveryMatrix’s new home, Agsi 4, is a cutting-edge establishment with a roomy exercise center, health spa, swimming pool, outdoor area, and six levels of modern conveniences. The organization also offers free electric vehicle charging stations for all staff, encouraging them to embrace cleaner transportation options. The aim is to provide EveryMatrix workers with the most desirable work experience and surroundings, addressing their diverse requirements.

The structure was built using sustainable practices, adhering to strict LEED V4 Gold green certification standards, minimizing environmental and human health risks. The new office building utilizes climate-friendly and environmentally conscious building materials and construction techniques, setting a new benchmark for corporate and environmental accountability.
Ebbe Groes, the head of the EveryMatrix Group, stated, “Constructing our own headquarters is an exciting undertaking, but it also demands significant effort. This is our first dedicated office building in the region, so its opening, combined with the addition of our 1,000th employee, marks a significant milestone in the company’s 16-year journey.
