## Esports Entertainment Group Takes Over Flip Sports Assets
The esports wagering firm, eSports Entertainment Group, has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets from the mobile gaming studio, Flip Sports.
The agreement, encompassing all of Flip Sports’ intellectual property and personnel, will see eSports Entertainment Group assume ownership of Flip Sports’ innovative technology. This technology empowers fans and bettors to enjoy a supplementary viewing experience while watching live sporting events.
“Flip Sports is a pioneer in constructing esports platforms that significantly enhance the player experience,” stated John Brackens, the chief technology officer at eSports Entertainment Group. “Their expertise will enable us to develop even more immersive esports experiences for our passionate fans.”
Grant Johnson, the chief executive officer of eSports Entertainment Group, expressed that this acquisition will facilitate their rapid expansion within the dynamic esports market.
Being the initial esports firm to be publicly traded on the Nasdaq in the United States, we possess a distinctive edge to exploit the fragmented esports sector and continue pursuing acquisition possibilities. “Flip will stand as the newest proof of the effectiveness of our merger and acquisition strategy,” stated Johnson.
Esports Entertainment Group arrived at this understanding after finalizing the takeover of online wagering and gaming operator Argyll Entertainment and its operational subsidiaries last month.
The organization seems to be actively seeking additional merger and acquisition ventures and has collaborated with independent capital markets consultant Akur Capital to assist in pinpointing more transactions.
